Comment: In a word....WOW!!! James is phenomenal at what he does. He is extremely thorough, very conscientious and hard-working. He was not in a rush and did a FANTASTIC job! I wanted my living room carpeting, furniture (sofa, chair and ottoman) and the walking areas of the carpeting in my bedroom cleaned, as my daughter is flying out from Maryland with my 3-1/2 month old grandson. We have 2 dogs and a cat and I wanted everything to be as clean as possible for their arrival. James did an awesome job and absolutely exceeded my expectations. He even brought my attention to a problem area I had no idea even existed, and was able to take care of it (which took more time) whereas he could've just ignored it and left sooner. I would highly, without any reservation at all, recommend James and The Specialists to take care of your cleaning needs. Not only that, but he is very friendly, easy-going and fun to talk to. 🙂
