We had a large area rug as well as the 3-piece sectional that sits on top of the rug cleaned on-site the same day. Josh and his partner did a fantastic job juggling all the pieces in order to clean and dry the entire rug before placing it back on our wood floor. The guys were friendly and professional, and both the sectional and the rug look amazingly clean. We will definitely use The Rug Specialists again.

The Specialist with James is the very best. Just had the carpets cleaned (9/17) and literally they look and feel brand new, really, really; James said he has the latest in cleaning equipment. His business is expanding and he is training techs. This time Joe was with him and he was great; he even fixed the legs on my chaise which I didnt know were loose. I highly recommend this service. Do you clean wool, silk, and viscose rugs?
Yes. We inspect each rug and adjust the cleaning method to its fiber, dyes, construction, and condition.
Can you remove pet urine odor?
We offer specialized urine flushing and bath treatments. Results depend on the extent and age of the contamination, which we discuss during inspection.
Do I need to bring my rug to you?
No. Free pickup and delivery is available across our Greater Sacramento service area when the rug is rolled and ready.
