Comment: Seldom do I find a vendor who exceeds expectations. I would say this was definitely the case with “The Rug Specialists”. The primary benefit is their in-house equipment. We elected to bring our rug to the shop. It’s pretty convincing the rugs are cleaned more thoroughly than an on-site visit. Owner and staff very congenial and amenable.
