Why did the customer contact us?

This rug smelled so strong of urine we had to wash it right away because the whole shop smelled. The dogs really used this rug as a bathroom.

Solutions provided:

We first flushed the rug on the wash floor. Then we put it in the centrifuge and rinsed it out again to get as much urine out as possible. Afterwards, we gave it a good urine bathe soak and worked the product in through the fibers. We repeated the flushing process and finally we cleaned the rug. There was no more evidence of urine when we were done.
