Inspection & pickup
We coordinate pickup, note your concerns, and inspect the rug before cleaning.
STEP 02
Dry soil removal
Our tumble duster removes loose dry soil and debris from the rug’s fibers.
STEP 03
Washing & treatment
We wash the rug using an approach suited to its fiber and condition. Approved specialty treatments are handled as needed.
STEP 04
Centrifuge extraction
The centrifuge helps flush the rug and remove excess moisture before drying.
STEP 05
Controlled drying
Rugs dry in our temperature-controlled drying area with high-velocity airflow.
STEP 06
Final inspection & delivery
We check remaining spots, groom the fibers, and package the rug for delivery.
Easy pickup, clear expectations
A little preparation makes pickup simple.
Have your rug accessible and let us know if furniture needs to be moved. Free pickup and delivery applies when no furniture moving is needed. Most rugs are ready in 1–2 weeks; we’ll discuss timing when scheduling.
Some stains, color changes, and existing wear may remain after cleaning. If we find a concern or recommend additional treatment, we’ll discuss it with you.
