If you have a dirty rug, don’t throw it out, get it cleaned by the Rug Specialists. We have a huge 11×15 wool rug that was dingy and been in storage few a couple of years. We debated replacing it but my wife really likes the color and pattern and I wasn’t looking forward to buying a new expensive rug. James and Jacob were amazing. They explained the process and let us know what to expect. They delivered the rug and carried it in for us. It looks amazing!!! The rug looks so vibrant and clean! Thank you!

James went out of his way to have someone meet me so I could drop off my rugs on a Sunday (when not open) so I could drop them off on the way to the bay area from Truckee and worked quickly so they would be ready for pick up on my return trip home. They went over and beyond and my very dirty rugs look amazing and better than ever! They took extra special care with antique kilims that bleed easily. Excellent work and customer service. I highly recommend!

James and his team did an amazing job cleaning my 10×14 living room rug! We have 2 huskies and a few accidents happened overtime that left an unpleasant odor.
